The ANZ Group operates under the following divisions:

Australia:

• Retail Distribution - This includes the large national branch network, call centres and mortgage specialists that provide services such as loans, credit and debit cards to customers.
• Business & Private Banking – Provides banking services to medium to large corporate customers, small business owners and agribusiness customers.

Pacific:

• Provides a full range of banking services to retail customers, institutional customers, governments and small to medium businesses in the Pacific Islands.

Institutional:

• Global Markets - Offers solutions related to capital markets, foreign exchange, fixed income and research and risk management expertise.
• Corporate Finance - Provides services for corporate customers who require specialist loan restructuring.
• Transaction Banking - Offers corporate clients solutions in cash management, trade and supply chain, clearing and deposits with international conditions. 

New Zealand:

• Retail - Provides a large branch network and contact centres offering banking and wealth management services to private and small business customers.
• Commercial - Provides a full range of banking services to medium to large private companies and agricultural customers.

Technology, Services & Operations and Group Centre:

• This division is ANZ's main support division which is responsible for technology, operations and service delivery to all other divisions. This segment supports the worldwide distribution of technology solutions, shared services, property, IT, human resources, financial management, marketing and corporate affairs. The Group Centre incorporates Treasury, Shareholder Functions and minority interests in Asia.
